Demand for budget hotels in India has been traditionally strong, due to their inherent advantages. Given that they cater to a wide cross-section of society, it was important that they be judged on their performance across all areas of customer satisfaction. We therefore, got our customers to rate the properties based on their experiences with them. Hotel Sharan in Shirdi rightfully deserves the Travelguru Award 2012 for Top 1-Star & 2-Star Hotels (Overall Review) for having emerged at the top of this highly competitive segment.
