Junagadh, India

Literally meaning the old fort, Junagadh was the capital of the erstwhile Babi Nawabs. A place known for its many ancient structures, Junagadh is home to innumerable structures inspired by four religions – Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Islam. Ruled over by a number of dynasties, Junagadh is rich in monumental wealth and it is this that attracts tourists to the place.
